These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, the purchase of tickets, venue hire, and your behaviour while on our premises in Sheffield. By using our site or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

1. General Information

Hagglers Corner is a vibrant community venue comprising an events space, bar, cafe, and various independent businesses (The Family). These terms apply specifically to the operations managed directly by Hagglers Corner Ltd. Independent businesses operating on-site may have their own distinct terms of service.

2. Ticketing and Event Entry

  • Fulfilment: Tickets purchased via our website are delivered electronically. You must present a valid e-ticket (on your phone or printed) for entry.
  • Age Restrictions and ID: We operate a strict “Challenge 25” policy at our bars and for age-restricted events. Valid, government-issued photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence) is required. Failure to provide ID when requested will result in refused entry without a refund.
  • Late-Night Events: For events running past midnight, last entry times will be strictly enforced as advertised on the event listing.
  • Right of Refusal: Management and security reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any individual whose behaviour is deemed intoxicated, disruptive, or in breach of our Safe Spaces Policy. In such instances, no refunds will be issued.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Event Tickets: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for cancelled plans or if you are unable to attend. If an event is rescheduled or cancelled by Hagglers Corner or the promoter, ticket holders will be offered a rolled-over ticket or a full refund.
  • Venue Hire: Venue hire deposits are non-refundable. Full cancellation policies regarding venue hire are detailed in your specific hire agreement contract.

4. Code of Conduct and Safe Spaces

Hagglers Corner is dedicated to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for everyone. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination, aggression, or harassment of any kind. By entering our venue, you agree to abide by our Safe Spaces Policy. Anyone violating these rules will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

5. Photography and Media

By attending public events at Hagglers Corner, you consent to being photographed and used in Hagglers Corner media.
