The entrance to Hagglers is a large, step free archway. There is step free access to an accessible toilet and baby changing toilet in the Birkana unit at the rear of the courtyard. If you require access to the accessible toilet during Birkana’s closed hours, please inform a member of staff who will open the unit for you.
There is one step to access the main bar on the ground floor, for which there is a ramp which can be installed by a member of staff on request. If notified in advance our team will install this ahead of time.
There are 4 ground floor, gender-neutral toilets (not including the accessible cafe toilets).
There is a single step down to the central part of the courtyard, for which there is a ramp which can be installed by a member of staff on request. If notified in advance our team will install this ahead of time.
The first floor is accessible by one internal and one outdoor staircase. The outside staircase has 18 steps and the internal staircase has 16 steps.
Queues for the ground floor toilets are expected to be busy during peak times, usually Friday and Saturday evenings, or during large ticketed events.
